Composing an accurate budget can be a time consuming, not to mention daunting task. However, the project has no chance of succeeding if the budget is not set right from the outset - no matter how good the project manager!

Composing an accurate scope of works, identfying suppliers, distributing relevant materials, collating responses and formulating final costs requires experience and knowledge.
