Project Management


The main on-site PM activities provided will be:


  • Formulate the project critical path to achieve the desired timescales .


  • Co-ordinate the supply, delivery and logistics of equipment and services.


  • Participate in and lead meetings with client and suppliers.


  • Manage the change control process and risk register to conclusion.


  • Produce management reports with metrics giving progress against set targets.


  • Suggest and implement continuous improvement actions.


  • Co-ordinate QA and hand-over activities.


  • Close out project.
