The main on-site PM activities provided will be:
Formulate the project critical path to achieve the desired timescales .
Co-ordinate the supply, delivery and logistics of equipment and services.
Participate in and lead meetings with client and suppliers.
Manage the change control process and risk register to conclusion.
Produce management reports with metrics giving progress against set targets.
Suggest and implement continuous improvement actions.
Co-ordinate QA and hand-over activities.
Close out project.
