Project Management

 

The main on-site PM activities provided will be:

 

  • Formulate the project critical path to achieve the desired timescales 

 

  • Co-ordinate the supply, delivery and logistics of equipment and services

 

  • Participate in and lead meetings with client and suppliers

 

  • Manage the change control process and risk register to conclusion

 

  • Produce management reports with metrics giving progress against set targets

 

  • Suggest and implement continuous improvement actions

 

  • Co-ordinate QA and hand-over activities

 

  • Close out project
