Quality checks and audits are performed regularly on any good project.

On completion of a specific piece or phase of work, an audit will be performed. This will be followed up with an audit report with defects and applicable corrective actions.

Defects are categorised by severity and allocated a set time to clear.

KPI's can be provided which are linked to the number and types of defects found.
